Bladder Cancer Canada Helpdesk

Bladder Cancer Canada has a toll-free support and information line for bladder cancer patients, caregivers, and their loved ones.

Representatives are available from Monday to Friday between 9:00am ET and 5:00pm ET.

What is the BCC Helpdesk?

By contacting BCC Helpdesk at 1 (866) 674-8889 or by email, you will be connected to the Bladder Cancer Canada team to learn information, ask questions, and get support for bladder cancer. This service is offered for patients, caregivers, family members, and anyone else who has been impacted by bladder cancer or is experiencing symptoms.

Who will I be speaking to?

Our team is available to assist with questions you may have and can provide the support needed to navigate life with and beyond a bladder cancer diagnosis. We are unable to make referrals to doctors on your behalf or give medical advice.

Those who contact BCC Helpdesk by phone will receive assistance from a live receptionist who will direct their call to the most appropriate contact at Bladder Cancer Canada.

What information can I get?

By contacting the BCC Helpdesk, you can receive information on topics including:

  • Signs and symptoms of bladder cancer
  • What to know as a newly diagnosed patient
  • Caring for a loved one with bladder cancer
  • Treatment options and diversions
  • Navigating life after a bladder cancer diagnosis
  • Available support options, such as our Support Groups, One2One Peer Support, Discussion Forum, webinars and Patient Guidebooks
  • Volunteer opportunities & ways you can support patients across Canada
  • And more.

While Bladder Cancer Canada can provide information and support, representatives are unable to provide:

  • Medical advice
  • Referrals to a doctor
  • Medical appointments

Contact us today. Our team is here to help.
