This service is offered for patients, caregivers, family members, and anyone else who has been impacted by bladder cancer or is experiencing symptoms.
Who will I be speaking to?
Our team is available to assist with questions you may have and can provide the support needed to navigate life with and beyond a bladder cancer diagnosis. We are unable to make referrals to doctors on your behalf or give medical advice.
Those who contact BCC Helpdesk by phone will receive assistance from a live receptionist who will direct their call to the most appropriate contact at Bladder Cancer Canada.
