On November 28, 2018, Bladder Cancer Canada was fortunate to be able to partner with Janet Giroux (Nurse Practitioner from Kingston General Hospital’s Cancer Centre Sexual Health Clinic) to present a webinar on “Sexuality and intimacy when facing bladder cancer“. This is a topic which we know is commonly of concern for many facing bladder cancer, and it’s one which can significantly impact quality of life for patients and their partners. It’s also a topic that isn’t talked about as much as it needs to be, but Janet was able to address many common challenges by providing straight-forward insights and resources.
