Todd Pappas

Todd Pappas joined the Board of Bladder Cancer Canada in honour of his father, who was diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2011. Supporting him through treatment gave Todd a deep appreciation for the challenges patients and families face. His sister, Elizabeth, also serves on the Board, and together they bring their family’s experience to help strengthen awareness, support, and advocacy across Canada. Todd is the Director of Delivery at Teifi Digital, a company that helps brands modernize and scale their online commerce. He leads Teifi’s delivery teams, helping them deliver complex digital projects with clarity and confidence. With more than 20 years of experience in project leadership and organizational transformation, Todd is passionate about building strong teams and creating clear, effective ways of working. He brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to the Board, along with a commitment to improving the experience of bladder cancer patients and caregivers. Todd lives in Vancouver, BC.
