Elizabeth's father was diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2011, a battle which he bravely fought until his passing in 2022. Elizabeth's father was a passionate bladder cancer advocate, and his work inspired her to give back. Elizabeth is a lawyer at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP in Winnipeg. Elizabeth's practice focuses primarily on Indigenous and Aboriginal law, as well as litigation. Elizabeth has appeared in front of all levels of Court in Manitoba, as well as the Federal Court of Canada. Elizabeth is a passionate advocate to her clients, striving for fairness and just results. Personally, Elizabeth enjoys cooking, travelling, watching and playing sports and spending time with her friends and family.
