Claudio Jeldres has been an assistant professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the Université de Sherbrooke since 2014. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Université de Montréal (2007), where he completed five years of postdoctoral training in urology. He also holds a master's degree in biomedical sciences from the Université de Montréal (2012). He then headed to the United States, to Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, for a two-year fellowship in uro-oncology. He is specialized in robotic surgery as well. His clinical practice is dedicated principally to prostate, bladder, testicular and kidney cancers. He has more than 150 scientific publications to his credit and is currently involved in several projects related to bladder cancer.
