Morgan Bello is Vice President of People and Culture and Corporate Services for the YMCA-YWCA of the National Capital Region.
Morgan worked for public and private organizations before moving to the charity and non-profit sector; working with the YMCA-YWCA of the National Capital Region and also as a volunteer for the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and the Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC).
Through his work in the charity and non-profit sector over the last years, Morgan has seen first-hand that helping the most in need can bring transformational improvements in the health and prosperity of families, communities and societies.
Morgan has an MBA and Master degree in Industrial Relations (MIR) from Queens University as well a CHRP designation. He is also a member of the Canadian Industrial Relations Association (CIRA) and the Council of Labour Relations of the Conference Board of Canada.
Morgan lives with his wife and son in Ottawa.
