Bob Murray has been an entrepreneur, community advocate and donor his whole life. Currently, Bob is CEO of McRae Imaging in Mississauga, Ontario co-leading the organization for the last 20 years.
Throughout his career, Bob has been actively involved in volunteering and raising funds on multiple boards including serving as a board member for Youth in Motion. He has been very involved with Tennis Canada and the charities Parkinson Canada and Heart and Stroke as well.
In June 2013, Bob was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer. In his search for information and support he met David Guttman one of the co-founders of Bladder Cancer Canada. He received tremendous support, encouragement and information from BCC. He is passionate about creating awareness around bladder cancer, supporting other cancer survivors and the BCC organization in any way he can. Last year, Bob and his very supportive McRae staff hosted the first Mississauga Awareness Run/Walk at Erin Mills Park.
Bob and his wife Geraldine live in Oakville and love spending time in Niagara on the Lake with their family, watching tennis and traveling. They have 5 children and 4 1/2 grandchildren and a brand new puppy to add to the loving mix.
