National Volunteer Week (NVW) is April 16-22, 2023. This week is set aside each year to recognize and thank BCC volunteers for the time and energy they contribute to help people affected by bladder cancer.
The National Volunteer Week theme for 2023, “Volunteering Weaves Us Together”, affirms the importance of our individual and collective actions to help create a strong, interconnected, and vibrant community. Through our collective kindness, generosity, and commitment to volunteering, we weave our lives together. Woven together from coast to coast, volunteering reinforces our ability to grow, thrive, and create change within our community, province, and country.
